I have over eleven years of experience working with adults and adolescents on acute inpatient mental health units. My primary focus is on helping you achieve wellness and balance from a mental health perspective.
Thank you for taking the first step in your mental health journey. During your first visit, I will focus on getting to know you and finding out what you would like to work on in therapy, whether it is depression and anxiety or even day to day life stressors. I will then work with you on a plan for future therapy sessions and provide coping skills tailored to your individual needs. Each session is 50 minutes long and the length of time that you engage in therapy is entirely up to you. Some people may find that just a couple of sessions meets their needs, while others may benefit from ongoing support in therapy.
