Mindful Awareness

January 30, 2020

Judy Wagner, DNP, NP leads the group on a journey into being mindful in your day-to-day activities. You will learn techniques and ideas to embrace the here and now. You don’t need to be a yogi or spend hours in meditation to benefit from the simple act of being present. If you find yourself struggling with your daily routines and its travails, this hour each week may help you regain a sense of control.

“Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.”

Join us for this weekly session. Leave your judgments and preconceptions at the door, we’ll let you take them when you leave if you still want them.

Call 651-209-8640 or email heather@dakotachildfamily.org
Suggested donation of $10

Mindful Awareness study group

Join us every Tuesday from 5:30-6:30pm to be present, if just for a moment.
